Watchtell Lipton comes to London As Marty Lipton is my "favourite" corporate lawyer and there is no better advocate for listed companies and their directors the news that the firm may set up and trade in London is fantastic news. Hope though it's not in response to those corporate ambulance chasers setting up in the Capital looking for post 2008 Companies Act derivative actions!!!!!
