Nabarro joins 100 per cent trainee retention club

Denton Wilde Sapte Retention Rate I have just finished my training contract with DWS and chose to move to a new firm on qualification. Out of my year at DWS 8 people left on qualification and not the two listed in the table. I am providing this information because I think it is important that the firms are honest about the number of trainees they manage to retain, particularly in light of the fact that Lovells were chastised for not providing accurate figures.
