Leboeuf This has got to be a takeover by LeBoeufs. Dewey Ballantine was in a really weakened state after it didn’t do the deal with Orrick. LeBoeufs has become really aggressive in the past few years under Davis. There’s no way on god’s earth that LeBoeufs would agree to a merger of equals!
