Profession slams MoJ's 'naming and shaming' over diversity data

Surveys not always reflective I think the biggest danger with surveys is that they become an end of themselves as opposed to one (of a number) of helpful tools for assessing or benchmarking a law firm. We're planning on asking for statistics in our panel assessments this year - but that won't be the determinative factor in our appraisal of external counsel from a diversity perspective.
