This is a very informative article in so far as HMLR's Adjudicators' role and remit is concerned. However, your last paragraph is concerned i.e injunctions it refers to obtaining the said remedy from a court. Question: Can the court injunct a bonafide diponee from making appication of any kind to the HMLR? A further article re the courts jurisdiction may be useful reading for those involved in their dealings with 'interests in property'
