85 rule should quite rightly so for members who have been in this scheme for over 30 years and are only 3 years off retiring at 60 years if they wish to i agree that changes to the scheme are required but a set timetable should be set out for this post 2020 not to jump in at the deep end and make a complete mess of it and anger the unions this would i can assure you bring this goverment down if it does not chose to listen lots of people joined this scheme for the benifits it provides way back in the earlyh 80 s
