UK firms gear up as class action culture hits Europe

In 2006 I blew the whistle on a multi national company here in the UK, A subsequent crown court case ensued and the multi national company were found guilty of failing to protect their workers, others workers and their customers from the dangers of asbestos, The judge in his pre sentencing hearing clearly stated that anxiety may lurk in peoples minds for many years.I will add that many thousands of people are involved. There is proof of historical asbestos malpractice and asbestos related deaths attributed to said company. Q does tihs fall into the relams of Class Action or indees IIED Many Thanks William Wallace
