Is it possible for the public to view transcripts of a days's proceedings in the commercial court so that they may follow a case, rather than hoping that a court reporter will have a summary published in their paper? For the large numbers of persons who reside outside Dublin, it would be very useful to be able to follow a case at almost first hand.
