CoL "encouraged" by Cobbetts' treatment of trainees

The SRA "doesn't have responsibility for trainees". Sadly this is exactly what I was told when the firm I was training at went under back in 2009. I subsequently secured another training contract, but it was difficult. Trainees are always hit the hardest. Basically you are back in the huge pool of people without training contracts. :-(
