Pinsents gets Balfour Beatty legal services work

Interesting to read this Pinsents win and that Pinsents have recently completed a successful LPO engagement with Capita. Law firms are on a journey to convince GCs that they have intent and will make investment to deliver legal services efficiently. Some will deliver some won't. But the toothpaste is out of the tube. I don't know one GC that doesn't consider efficiency of legal services in some fashion and some successful law firms and/or LPO providers will scratch that itch.
