Sorry, but what is this culture exactly? How is it 'visionary' (Eversheds equity partner, sorry, Anon 11.48am). And there is nothing visionary about making (good) people redundant for heavens sake! Don't insult the people that are losing their jobs (oh, this was a visionary move, part of a visionary strategy-please! Double-speak!). Anyway, let's see where it all goes in the end.
