Not much sympathy in North East England for legal teams within local authorities after the North East Councils Legal Panel fiasco. I assume some of the local authorities will now be shipping out the legal managers who oversaw an exceptionally wasteful decade. Perhaps they'll make use of the clean break to also relet the North East Legal Panel?
