"Tods Murray’s highest paid partner got £112,124 in 2011/12.." Is this a misprint? £112k? The average High Street sole practitioner probably earns more than this - and doesn't have liabilities of over £100k, which seems to be the average per TM partner. This is the downside of LLP's - the embarrassment of publicly available accounts.
