I am sure people were equally worried about the damaging effects on the legal market to be caused by the Money Laundering Reg's and that turned out fine...Perhaps the legal profession is merely fearful of change? Not that it will truly affect many of the users of this site as commercial work is generally not so much of a target of ABS' as non-commercial arenas such as criminal, probate or family.
