Lorna Ferguson makes a good point about importance of the removal of barriers to intuitive knowledge sharing and the linkage between knowledge and learning. Creating a culture (and providing the enabling features including the platforms she referred to) are critical for natural knowledge flow. I am interested in how incenting knowledge sharing is being incorporated into that culture. Although I agree that setting clear expectations is key - it is difficult to know what "good" looks like and to measure success if there isn't clarity up front.
