Forster Dean starts redundancy talks in response to Jackson reforms

The PI gravy train is coming to an end. 1 solicitor supervising 50 unqualified case workers will be the only model that works. This will see small firms going to the wall or being swallowed up by the PI factory players. It is the end of the PI industry as we know it and how long before medical negligence cases are dealt with in a similar way so that the costs burden on the NHS is significantly reduced?
