Preparing for barrister contracts

Speaking as a solicitor, i can't wait for this. it'll be great when a clerk or his counsel try and bail on me because something's just popped back in counsel's diary and they can't do my trial - i'll be able to sue them as with the barclays escrow account initiative - some chambers (or law forms as they will be soon be known) will grasp the'changes' whereas a lot of counsel will be a bit like high street practices - sadly wondering where it all went wrong
