The Phoenix directors were not "disqualified as directors in 2011 following controversy etc etc" In fact, they gave robust rebuttals which nullified the claims against them, they did not have any formal judgement of wrongdoing at the end of a lengthy DTI investigation, the SFO took only days to decide that no fraud had been committed and the directors gave voluntary undertakings (without blame) as a means of bringing to an end a long and extremely costly process. Please make a passing attempt at accuracy rather than lazily repeating erroneous assumptions
