Society has certqinly not dealt with it as the very uninformed Justice McCloskey have you believe. The Good Justice McCloskey does not speak for society in general neither has he acknowledged Northern Ireland"s obligation to the United Nation"s Convention on the Rights of the child ( see all Articles). Justice McCloskey should remove himself from the bench immediately citing his total incompetence in understanding international law..
