The firm likes change? Tell that to all the solicitors there who are being made redundant. How will the firm be able to remain open with only one solicitor per office? What happens when two or three people are ill and those people have court hearings? Who will the client deal with? How is having secretaries doing solicitors' work good for the client? Very worrying indeed.
