Hi, I run a few subway stores and i dont see why i should be paying £1000s in VAT while my neighbour who sells paninis are Zero rated. This leaves my company uncompetitive. Make it easy.... either tax them all... or Dont tax them!!!! I find it frustrating as from VAT, NI etc... we work over 100hours a week... and whatever is left in the bank gets paid in VAT... how unfair is that... Greggs serves HOT pasties... and sausage rolls but then again VAT FREE!!
