Why pay city firm solicitor fees for a fact-find? Why have a fact-find at all? Because you can get the answer you want if you ask the questions the right way. This is like having a court case without a judge and a defending solicitor. The banks can get all the informaiton they want from their own paperwork - they don't need a fact-find. Can anyone tell me how this pilot exercise is going and when it will be finished? It is now almost 5 months since the FSA said SMES should get redress "as swiftly as possible". It is about time the FSA stood up and put an end to all this nonsense.
