Shouldn't Ben's observation be directed at the FT? All the article says is that no Saudi lobbying is required to set up a private 'arbitration court' in the UK, because everyone can do it already under the 1996 Act! The general media often gets it wrong when it comes to understanding the legal framework for arbitration in the UK.
