Ex-Hogan Lovells partner struck off for £1.27m fraud

i don't know christopher grierson but i've acted for other solicitor and accountant clients prosecuted for the same kinds of offences. For what its worth i think its a shame. I think the coverage and the obvious impact on his personal life and professional reputation are sufficent punishment. Throwing rotten fruit at someone via the lawyer comment section is a little callous. Plus he's been sent to prison. Despite what people may think an older first offender can find the environment difficult to adapt to. Even in Cat' C prisons there is a culture of drug taking and some casual violence which is a bit of an eye-opener.
