Puzzling when people do not understand the requirement for a condiment, or at least foodstuffs related pun. But to answer the question: because to use firms of this calibre is akin to a sandwich made of vintage mature organic cheddar with Branston pickle on freshly Aga baked artisan bread. To use one of the firms you advocate (was it DLA you had in mind?) is akin to a 10 day old petrol station cheese and generic pickle sandwich. There are people out there who can tell the difference. Lots of them.
