@Anonymous | 25-Oct-2012 2:19 pm At my firm, HR may organise trainee recruitment but they don't make the recruitment decisions, the partners do. I can honestly say that we simply do not get as many applications from male graduates. We would like a 50:50 split but there are not enough male candidates. Is this discrimination?
