7KBW and Fountain Court go head-to-head in £1bn Excalibur trial

This case now allegedly appears to be one of vexatious litigation- to what end is now becoming more apparent. The share price of the defendant has fallen dramatically since the trial began whilst the number of shares on loan-short selling- has risen dramatically. It would also appear that there is now some accumulation of stock at these lower prices. It would seem as there are parties at work on both sides of the trade with the court case acting as a screen. It's surely only a matter of time before the FSA and SFO become involved- if they're not already.
