Supreme Court reverses CoA ruling on the legal definition of a house

Comment

Ergo if it not occupied, it is not a 'residence', so then ceases to become a 'house'? Many ex-businesses in London and elsewhere are re-converted into houses or flats, so does that still apply? If a house is a 'single residence', what about joint-ownership, by 2 parties? Is a 'Manor House' used for weddings still a 'house'? What about B&B's? What about the re-rating of them!
