Eversheds defeats airport negligence claim

Sounds like poor corporate governance has finally caught up with the airport. Custodians of a business have to be concerned with the minutiae. Wasn't Radcliffe at Northern Rock before it collapsed? Didn't all the Local Authority shareholders get a windfall repayment from the proceeds of the restructuring?
