Family court president Sir Nicholas Wall to step down

I would prefer to express sympathy for his victims. Hundreds of children were separated from their parents due to Wall's procrastination and eventual U-turn on Relocation law (http://news.realfathersforjustice.org/index.php?itemid=537). Relocation law was eventually reformed due to the persistence of campaigners, leaving Wall out in the cold.
