K&L Gates boss still thinking big after all these years

It’s very hard for these mid market firms and K&L Gates is in the squeezed middle of the mid market. Doing merger deals to try and build some momentum seems to have gone out of fashion. I’m really not sure that spending lots on palatial offices is the way to go in this climate.
