London Met granted permission to apply for JR over Border Agency

Its reprieve for students who are currently in UK. However, the high court refusal to grant temporary injunction has disappointed many prospective students. Many overseas student like my nephew has spend tremendous energy and resouces to be accepted in London Metropolitan Univeristy with full scholarship. Now, his status is still in limbo. How long does the Judicial Review process would take. Please advise. Thanks. Kalsang
