I am really confused, I have been sitting the China National Judicial Exam for many years, and in Paper 1, they always examine the legal profession and ethics, yet there is no separate Bar exam or Association in China. Please tell me as an individual having studying law from different jurisdiction, how to obtain the Bar qualification in China.
