I just don't understand why HMRC doesn't go for the tax advisers. I know one set up which doesn't contain any qualified lawyers and one of the directors is strongly rumoured to be disqualified. They barely have any expertise, but a good website means they get lots of clients. The individuals behind it also use their own (very weak) schemes. If the HMRC went after them, not only would it be an easy win but they would limit the options for rich organisations to go out for tax advice.
