OC and FFW plus 2 equals what exactly?

You seem to be missing the real story about FFW and swallowing the spin every time. A 20% drop in PEP at a firm where only about a third of the partners are full equity is catastrophic. The fabled IT department has imploded since HM Govt pulled the plug on IT contracts. All this after an expensive and expansive lateral hiring program. Put simply, the firm is going down the pan and is in need of a rescue or it's fire-sale time. Expect its TMT arm to break off,
