Funding for BPTC

Do not do the BPTC unless you have a pupillage lined up. You think getting a training contract is hard? Try finding a pupillage! They have closed the old loophole whereby BVC graduates could do 2 years paralegalling, sit a few exams and then qualify as a solicitor. As a result of this, the BPTC is of no value whatsoever unless you secure a pupillage.
