Nabarro's Johnston stepping down early from senior partner role

I worked closely with Simon for a couple of years and always felt that he was far too smart for the business. The problem with Nabarro is that there is an unambitious, narrow-minded, self-serving culture amongst many of the partners. Give or take the odd one or two, I would suggest that the dream team of Simon J and Nicky P was always too good for a firm that has seen its best years.
