Clifford Chance and Freshfields advise as BAE and EADS mull tie-up

"CC had to give in to Dutch/French firms doing the foreign stuff." writes Anonymous | 13-Sep-2012 2:48 pm. Not exactly. A french first tier firm, Darrois Willey, actually gave the opportunity to CC to do the UK stuff. You may not have noticed Sir, but EADS has some links and some slight interests in France. So I doubt one could label the legal work that will have to be done in this jurisdiction as just "foreing stuff".
