Its sad that an article which should have been good has been tarnished by your being judgmental. What you need to understand is that inasmuch as English may be the official language in certain countries, it is usually a second or third language to most people. That legal English course you are talking about is extremely expensive for a lot of people. Kindly suggest how law students may be helped. A lot of factors are at play so please review other facts as you have been requested.
