Interesting to note too that ex-SJ Berwin partner, rich boy par excellence, and the man given the job of reforming legal aid, Jonathan Djanogly, has been dumped from the MoJ and now returned to the back benches. This could mean legal aid changes being speeded up, such as Best Value Tendering. Re. a non-lawyer MoJ chief - seems like a good idea to me. Need some external objectivity.
