I bet Jonathon Scott and David Willis probably have poor Martyn locked up in a room right now and are threatening him with the firm's ridiculously long gardening leave and non-compete provisions. Herbies is one of the few remaining firms that threatens to lock its departing partners out of the market for years when they leave. It's the only way they can hold on to their partners.
