It is becoming more apparent as time goes on that Rangers Football Club may well have been the victim of a massive fraud and if that is the case the club has been obtained fraudulently by Craig Whyte. If fraud has taken place where exactly would this leave the club as it is at the moment. Is the Whyte takeover then null and void or does the club carry on in it's present ownership.
