Mr Small - if you are done with the Twitter hoax can you please you now please turn your attention to the London Olympics, which must also surely be ripe for appeal as a grotesque waste of public money. I appreciate that the Olympics doesn't qualify as a matter of freedom of expression or an overbearing regulation of social media. But clearly these are merely trifling considerations when considered in the context of the exorbitant salaries of members of our judiciary that were squandered on this pointless prosecution.
