The right decision by the court after an idiotic decision to prosecute by the CPS. Why on EARTH did they pursue this, particularly given all the genuine scumbags they don't prosecute because they say haven't the resources. Someone at the CPS should get a major kick in the Aristotle for this, if not a sacking.
