How long Have you worked without sleep? You are all amateurs in this respect. Try being a neonatal (that's looking after premature babies...) trainee doctor in the 1990,s. A100 hour week was the minimum. regarding working without sleep....36 hours was routine. I well recall a 72 hour stint...no sitting down, no time to eat let alone go to the loo. but...try telling that to the young folk today.....
