Whoever wrote the sarcastic remark above implying that Mallesons was driven by profit only is being unfair. At Mallesons, profit was important, but it was a firm genuinely driven to give clients the best service it could. Fuller, O'Malley, Milliner etc were driving forces behind this approach. The firm as a whole took tremendous pride in doing a good job for its clients, and partner boasting at Mallesons was never - or very rarely - about fee revenue.
