Local nous will power the future

there are still quite a lot of colonial types running around who are absolutely useless and annoying when dealing in markets where you need the local language and/or a very strong understanding of the market and the culture that you are operating in. These people need to retire graciously and stop believing that it is their inalienable right to continue to earn money from people far more qualified than themselves.
