I like the idea of dress down summers. It's too hot to wear a suit, even hotter in the tube and when you're hustle-bustling to get to work, and of course sweat + nice suit = disaster. As long as everyone has a suit and tie at the office for client meetings etc I think it's a smart policy - comfortable employees are happy employees are efficient employees!
