MMS is dying on its feet. Unable to find a merger; promoting staff but offering no pay rise; holding on to average only because the Scottish mentality is to stay close to home. The morale at the firm is pitifully low. Partners ignore junior staff and swan around with no accountability. A matter of time before MMS is eclipsed all round by the likes of Brodies.
