Given those other firms who embarked on similarly aggressive growth plans and failed Mishcons are to be commended. Clearly there is much to learn from their achievements. Growth is clearly possible in a stalled market that is overpopulated with lawyers and firms and they didn't achieve it by the expensive and generally not very successful expedient of 'recruiting' a team of so-called rain-makers.
